Glad to Meet You

      Thank you for making the effort to visit my first blog post. I’d like to take a moment to tell you a bit about myself. During the 1990’s, I was a Vice President in Technology in New York for various Wall Street firms, including Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber, and Lehman Brothers. After the 9-11 attacks, I sold my house, moved to Fort Lauderdale, and never looked back. After six months of de-stressing, I started to order books on how to flip homes. In 2003, I received my real estate Sales Associate license, and in 2004, I earned my real estate Broker’s license and founded The Veritas Real Estate Group in Fort Lauderdale. I closed the company in 2025, took some time off, and joined Century 21 Tenace Realty in September 2026. They have the name recognition and an award-winning management team to help me succeed in the next chapter of my career.
